Every Velvet Moon piece is backed by our 12-Month Manufacturer's Warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect due to workmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, including:

Necklaces & Bracelets: Faulty clasps, broken chains, or connector failures that occur under normal wear.

Rings: Bands that crack or break due to a manufacturing defect.

Earrings: Detached posts or defective backs caused by workmanship.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, email info@velvetmoonus.com with:

Our team will review your claim and respond as quickly as possible.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll repair or replace your jewelry free of charge. If it isn't covered, we'll let you know what repair or replacement options are available.
